Wang YuYuan

1962, Graduated from the College of Arts and Crafts in Suzhou. Suzhou Academy of Fine Arts Associate Professor, China Artists Association, Chinese Society of Watercolor Painters. Specialized in watercolor and traditional Chinese painting.


The technique of his work is to select some special parts of ordinary landscapes and to employ the brushes with strong emotions in a pure and high-flown color, to conduct the viewers into the scene he depicts.

Mr. Wang is a member of China Watercolor Artists Association, Jiangsu Artists Association and a senior lecturer of Suzhou Arts and Crafts School. He is graduated from Jiangsu Arts and Crafts Training School in 1962. His works were many times shown at watercolor exhibitions at Taiwan, American, Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia. Four of his "Ancient State of Wu Series" was included in "the Collected Works of Chinese Art - Watercolor Volume".
